Quality training
Quality training but a A lot of the training was not relevant to retail. I felt my time was misused.
Absolutely Brilliant
It was great doing this online 1-hour course! It was brilliant and incredibly relevant. It felt like a fun flashback to my training and years of experience working with vulnerable adults. Plus, I learned some new nuggets of information that really sparked my interest. The only tiny hiccup was that the course felt a tad long for my liking, even though it was packed with valuable content. Also, there were a couple of quirky moments where the questions seemed to have a mind of their own! Despite these minor quirks, I still had a great time overall!

Very clear and concise content
Interesting and informative course, I like the format which suits my learning style – I love being able to pause and listen again to sections that go too quickly. Presenters are clear and easy to listen to. I learnt a lot and wished that I’d had this knowledge in previous care roles.
