Very easy to move around the course and I could come back to it where I left
1. Very good course. 2. Learned about aspects of abuse that I might not have considered as abuse etc. 3 Feel more comfortable and clear about what it means to be a volunteer in the care sector. 4 . The presenters were brief and concise putting across their messages. 5. Found some test questions ambiguous. Multiple answers did not cover the answer fully. As a result I had really take time thinking hard between the answers. 6 . Additional documents and information overloaded. In reading those I lost the main flow of the course and kept coming back at the beginnings. However, overall all good . Thank you
A clear and concise course
The course makes clear what Safeguarding is, the types of Abuse and what to do when a Disclosure is made and the roles responsibilities of those involved in a safeguarding case.
Informative
It was a useful course, running through important information. A lot of it seems common sense, but there are a few key points about your responsibilities that felt critical to understand. Overall, it was reassuring to receive this training.
Easy to use, question covering all aspects of safeguarding.
