A process that provides an insight into legislation covering safeguarding and its purpose which was interesting in that it highlights matters that could be relevant in respect of those customers whom contact is made during the season.

The accompanying images were appropriate and useful. The presenters were very clear. The further references were very limited and it would be more useful of the link was to the actual document.
Course was broken down into manageable sections and videos were clear and easy to digest.

An excellent safeguarding course
I thought the presentation of the safeguarding course was very clear and well paced throughout. I particularly liked the summary at the end of each slide and the additional content for extra information. Many thanks.
