Repetitive

Would be good to do a refresher training ( we have to do ours yearly ) in a more shortened version as its very long winded and doesn't encourage engagement

It would not let me complete the test, and says I have to do the course first (which I did)

I completed the course. I started the test and completed 18 questions (17/18 correct). the connection then dropped and when it came back up it would not allow me to complete. If I could give it 0 I would., especially as I then got an email confirming that i have completed it…

Easy to understand and clear

A well delivered, informative course

A well delivered, informative course, however, there is an issue with a definition of Domestic Abuse, which is not in line with the legislation, as it talks about sexual partners. Please could you amend for correctness.

It is straightforward but informative covering lots of essential information.

It is straightforward but informative covering lots of essential information. I have completed many online courses but this was well presented, easy to follow and the short bursts of information made it easy to recall all the key points and be able to complete the questions at the end to show understanding of the themes covered.

Easy to understand

The training is easy to understand. There are no overload in communication. Straight to the point. You can pause and continue where you left off. This is particularly helpful for us doing the training at work, because, we have to pause severally to attend to the needs of the people we support. Thanks.

Safeguarding children level 2 is essential course that everyone should have knowledge of it, it's very important to keep the society safe and happy.

I really appreciate and commended the body that put these work together.

I found the contents relevant to my job role.

What would be useful for progression if the following year you could take a level 3 in safeguarding as it all the staffs priority to keep students safe.
