Too much of a lecture
I'd like a more interactive type of training but understand this is difficult with online packages. The one question I got wrong was on whether it was more important to record a child's disclosure quickly or refer to the appropriate person – I said 'record' because it's too easy to forget salient details if you don't get them down on paper immediately and then refer (we're talking 10 minutes here). I have to say I stand by that!
Concise and clearly bang up to date.
The course slides and videos were thorough and very clearly explained, although I liked the fact there was often extra information available if you wanted to spend more time reading around certain aspects of Safeguarding. The end test seemed easier than expected, but maybe that's because I have done a great many safeguarding courses over the years.
too long and time consuming

This is a very good course
The subject detail is a bit harrowing (but necessary) to fully understand the issues. It's thoughtfully and well presented.
Clear and concise
Easy to understand and good links at all stages for more info. Could have joined up a few vids to make more han 2 mins long?
slow, monotonous death by video
an important topic to cover, but found the pace really slow and monotonous , too many videos . this course is ideal for somebody that have no awareness of the subject, but for somebody that's been involved with the topic for many years a bit too long ,
Very good

Informative
I liked the video with the transcript option, as it helped me to absorb the information.
Good basic essential information.
Good basic knowledge is a must for anyone dealing with children.
