Great Informative training course
Great training course that had loads of helpful information, and easy to follow videos. The test was also good.
Concise and to the point
This course covers the required material in a thorough yet concise manner, treating the topic with the care it deserves. At the end of the course you will understand your responsibilities and who to go to for help if you have to deal with a safeguarding incident.
Comprehensive, challenging, informative
An in-depth and clearly structured guide to the essential “what, how, who and why “elements of safeguarding a child’s physical and emotional wellbeing. Whilst prior knowledge of the subject matter, terminology and scenarios presented would have proved beneficial, it wasn’t a barrier to learning, the latter being reinforced and tested throughout. The summary after each lesson was very helpful and essential.
Succint, clear, easy to follow
I have done LOTS of safeguard training but found this one of the easiest to follow. I particularly liked that I could read along while the video spoke. That way I was taking it in using 2 learning styles.
Comprehensive and clear

Its okay
Its a good information.
A good course on the basics of safeguard
As a general level 2 safeguarding course, this was good and well presented albeit with a lot of information. I was taking the course as part of my annual safeguarding update. I felt it could have done more to incorporate KCSIE 2021. Apart from a few additions in the extra material relating to KCSIE 2021, there was no mention in the course itself – it felt like the same course as last year. I am not sure about the nature of the test which seemed to be more a test of memory than a test of application.
