Clear and Informative
The information was very clear and informative, my only hang up would be that despite watching the video through once, when I rewound it in order to take a note, you had to watch the entire thing again before moving on to the next section.

I found this course to be very informative and easy to follow. The module was broken down into bite size sections making it easier to work through easier to retain the information. I would now feel a lot more confident to deal with any situations that would or could arise

Was very informative
The course was broken down into very manageable sections allowing you to learn at your own pace. The change of presenters made it easier to listen and understand. I loved the additional information sections which I could read over. It was useful to be able to have subtitles on the units.
