Clear, informative & engaging
Excellent course with thorough content and loads of information & extra resources. Good acting & superb narration. A couple of improvements could be made: one or two of the resources website links were inaccurate/directed you to the homepage of the organisation (e.g NSPCC child trafficking one) and the CALEB on slide 20 was a typo – it should be CALFB.
Informative and clear
I found it useful as it reminded me of the key markers. The fact it was in small sections really helped.
Good, precise, easy to follow
This course was beneficial as it forced me to think outside of what I already know. The presenter explained all issues clearly and simply and the role plays were easy, if sometimes uncomfortable, to watch. I like how you can leave the course at any time, and pick up where you left off.
