Very clear and comprehensive
The training covered more topics than other Safeguarding trainings I've done before, and had a simple click-through format, rather than having to come in and out of different modules.

Requires efficient navigation to section
The navigation to the section which may have had questions answered wrongly the first time be found automatically by the software, to save going through the whole 3 sections again. It starts right back at the 1st section and does need to allow the user to pick up the section required to answer those questions.

Brief and to the point
The course broke down each area and explained what was happening and what was expected from the adult that the child had made a discloser to.

Informative, easy to understand and does not overload!!
Concise but thorough
In one hour this course gives a comprehensive summary of safeguarding issues, and wonderful advice about how to deal with situations that arise. As it is updated every year it covers modern problems such as internet bullying and radicalisation. An excellent course.

Really interesting and easy to follow
I have done a few similar training sessions but this one was interesting and easy to follow. I learned a lot of new things and I really appreciated the additional resources too.
Relevant and memorable
I’ve done LOTS of these courses before, but this one was made relevant with up to date examples. The graphics were good too.
