Excellent comprehensive course
I have previously taken courses in first aid, safeguarding etc. for various organisations but found this course very useful in reminding me about important details. I found it easy to follow and well structured.

Covers all the material, but very slow for my learning style
I find the slow, steady pace of videos annoying, and they impede my learning (as is in fact quite common, especially among men). It would be far better if the option were there to read the content without waiting for someone to read it to you. For a repeat course after a year, why can't I just do the test? An hour of watching (and being increasingly annoyed by) videos added nothing except frustration.
Easy to follow
I liked that there were two different presenters; the variety of voices helped with concentration. The short chunks also helped with concentration. Good variety of film, text and image.
