I found the tone of the presenters very patronising and this is wrongly pitched unless you are a care worker

Up to date Training
The training was excellent. It has both a man and a women to present the information which facilitates the process, is more stimulating and keeps you interested throughout. It is somewhat interactive as you are asked questions from the start. I like that it is a video or real people rather than a cartoon. Finally, I have completed some the same training two or three times in the last two years and this one has new and updated information on it. The best Safeguarding Training i have taken so far.
Interesting and easy to understand.
The videos and illustrations make it simpler than reading paragraphs. Good explanations throughout.

There is no way that people – if they are taking notes from the transcript and read the accompanying docs can finish the course in the time that is indicated
Clear and comprehensive
Very well presented. I find the subtitles helpful, in addition to the audio presentation, and the voices of the presenters are easy to listen to. Lots of clear information with signposting to further sources of information.

An easy to follow course which provides the basics to understanding roles and responsibilities with regard to Adult Safeguarding.
