I have completed Safer Recruitment on at least four occasions. The first time, was an intense all-day course. Having a reasonable understanding of Safer Recruitment, the iHASCO course acts well as a "reminder" of processes and procedures.

This is a well designed course which helps to navigate the whole recruitment process which includes a probation period after the candidate has started
