Great thought provoking short course.

Short fun and thought provoking. Simple steps that can be incorporated into every plan.

Good but troubling

The goal tools were great, but I was concerned about the focus on eating less junk food as an "anti-goal", this could be difficult to listen to for someone who is suffering from or who has suffered from disordered eating.

Excitement

I really enjoy the course!! Concentrating on practical steps rather than theories!! Love it!
