Informative but short
The training was very brief at 30minutes long, however the content and case studies were very good at explaining sicarios and giving the end user the depth of knowledge to understand what is and what is not acceptable contact.

dissapointing
I was able to complete the test without partaking in the training module which i found to be a bit dissapointing. some of the information is also misaligned with our practices i,e to find out about the reporting process they should read the employee handbook.
