This is a good course for induction into any new office system. It clarifies the concepts of sexual harassment and guides the new employee about the response to the harasser. The course also advises about the pathway of reporting to the concerned managers/authorities, in order to prevent ongoing harassment at work. The course is beneficial for the new employees' wellbeing.
