Helpful but hard to remember everything!
"The course was very informative and easy to follow. It helped me understand how to identify and address inappropriate behavior at work. However, I must admit it's not quite 'perfect' for my memory! As I progressed, I found myself forgetting the earlier parts—sometimes it's hard to keep everything in mind by the time you reach the end. Still, a great learning experience and highly recommended!"

concise informative course
Easy to follow, concise, but very informative, gave some good examples and explanations
Clear and succinct information.
A difficult subject to handle, however, the information was delivered simply and concisely with enough time to take it all in. The videos were very helpful to show what can happen in 'real' situations and clarifies the grey areas where someone may question whether or not their reaction is correct.
