Provided a clear explanation of what defines sexual harrasment.
Provided a clear explanation of the definition of sexual harrasment and the fact that it doesn't necessarily have to be intentional. It also emphasised the importance of a workplace culture which prevents it happening in the first place.

Clear, informative and engaging
The course clearly explain what constitute sexual harassment, the reasonability's of employees and employers and how concern should be reported or handled. The content was easy to understand, relevant to the work place and reinforced the importance of maintaining a respectful and safe working environment for everyone.
Excellent presentation and very clear
Having not undergone training on the same subject for some time, it was extremely clear and brought me up to date with associated legislation / policies attached for additional resource.
