Thought provoking course.
I found this course to be thought provoking and informative raising my awareness of what is acceptable and what isn't. The impact of unwanted behaviour on others can be so destructive so I would now never hesitate to voice my concerns and offer support.
Useful information and guidance
This course makes one think about the various forms of harassment and how to deal with it. It is important that as many people are aware of this.
Probably needs an online/WFH unit as the same bad behaviours can happen.
I thought the course was succinct and thought-provoking. As office work has a large WFH/online component at the current time, it is possible that someone could be harassed one-to-one online. Especially a lone worker doing client chasing for an event and may be on an earn per contract or contract renewal for performance.
The course content was clear and easy to understand .
Times change and this course is a must for the modern workplace. Behaviours which were once tolerated in the workplace, back in the day, are no longer acceptable. This course should be taken every couple of years as technology changes and behaviours change. Social media bullying wasn't a thing 10 -15 years ago but its rife now. A good course which makes you reflect on your own behaviours and those surrounding you.
Information and clear
The way the training is presented is professional. The presenters are engaging and speak clearly.
Very easy to follow and helped clear a few "grey areas" on what is considered Sexual Harassment
Like I said above it help clear what Sexual Harassment is and made it clear what one should is experiencing harassment or witnessing it.
