terrific training

Information was often repeated too many times, a lot of 'housekeeping' type information that was not necessary. I liked the real life examples, however the umbrella-style use of the term 'sexual harassment' is concerning. The word 'harassment' is heavily loaded and sexual harassment in the way it is introduced covers anything from unconscious insensitivity / perceived inappropriate behaviour to rape! I understand the producers have taken care not to stigmatize either the 'victim' or the 'harasser', but this does not translate and sweeping terminology only serves to make people feel insecure and unsafe, stifled, fearful of expressing themselves lest it is taken the wrong way. Equally, the victim feels strange to report insensitive or perceived inappropriate behaviour as sexual harassment. I would appreciate more emphasis on the legal framework.

Informative and gives clear understanding of sexual harassment.

I found it very helpful to understand what is and isn't sexual harassment in the context of wanted and unwanted attention; also the section on how to tell a harasser that attention was unwanted.

Its the same one as last year like all the courses, do we have to do this every year?
