video format can be frustrating
Content was well delivered but I find it frustrating that I had to go through videos. I would have prefer to have the option to read the transcripts and move on as video format can be a struggle for me.
Very thorough
The course gives a good explanation of how sexual harassment might look, the difference types and legal definition. There is also good advice on how to tackle it yourself if you feel able and comfortable to do so, and who to speak to in the workplace.

Dull and obvious
Presenter was a little to smarmy for my liking but I did like the picture on the calendar!

The Harassment Training from iHasco provided valuable insights into recognising, preventing, and addressing harassment in the workplace. The session emphasised the importance of fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment for all employees. The training reinforced the importance of vigilance in maintaining a respectful workplace. It highlighted the role of leadership in setting clear expectations and the responsibility of every employee in upholding ethical standards. Moving forward, I will be more conscious of my interactions, support colleagues in creating a positive environment, and ensure that I speak up if I witness inappropriate behaviour. This training was a crucial reminder that harassment prevention is not just about compliance—it’s about fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and accountability.
