Doesn't address who decides what is sexual behaviour
Everything on the course makes sense until you consider who decides what IS sexual behaviour. What if the person being offended believes something like not covering your hair or ankles in the office is overt sexual behaviour and therefore sexually offensive? According to this training, this IS sexual harassment because they believe it to be. There must be a context of reasonableness where the recipient's accusation can be dismissed, and someone OTHER than the recipient decides this is unreasonable and NOT sexual harassment. This is not addressed at all by this course.
Useful, Easy to follow and understand
I found the training to be very thorough and easy to understand. It provided plenty of information especially around areas people may not have thought about previously i.e. being a witness to something.. I would highly recommend it.
Educational and informative….
This clearly defines what sexual harassment is. The course is concise and deals with the topic directly. Provides example and possible scenarios in the work place and practical guidance in dealing with sexual harassment. It's less than half an hour and each topic is further sub-divided into short clips with summary and thereby easily absorbed. Clarity of words by the presenter is easily understood. Thank you iHasco for the great presentation.
