This course gives clear guidance on the boundaries that apply when interacting with co workers and it highlights the potential disciplinary outcomes if an individual exceeds them. But the boundaries can be quite relaxed between consenting coworkers and in that case the they may not always be compliant with a company’s standards of behaviour or professional conduct.
