Tone-deaf, disappointing and dismissive

This course includes advice on how to approach your harasser – apparently one needs to be "firm, calm and factual". This training completely ignores the complexity of such an experience. Being harassed is not a "calm, factual" experience and when your dignity and safety are violated, being upset is NORMAL. Advice like “be calm” is dismissive, as if it's that person is expected to manage their own abuse and make sure to be polite. Ridiculous. “Be calm and factual” basically means "Don’t make a scene". But why should the victim have to be nice and professional nice with someone who has not been nice and professional themselves? All in all, disappointing and a joke of a training. Only did it because it's mandatory, but it was truly a waste of time.

Concise and to the point

I found this course easy to follow. The format was clear and the content was put across in an easily digestible way.

Clear, concise, informative and easy to access

Useful and helpful information that gives a solid understanding of the topic covered. Additional information tabs are also useful content and signposting.

The course was very informative and well presented.

The course has made me aware of the difference situations that can be classed as sexual harassment and those that are not. I understand now that if I feel uncomfortable I can discuss with a manager.

Clear and as concise as possible which is much appreciated with compulsory training courses.
