Informative, easy to follow course. This was a difficult subject to cover as, anything to do with harassment or bullying, needs to be sensitive to anyone who has been subjected to either of these. I felt this was handled very well and had very clear definitions of what sexual harassment is with lots of additional information and links for support.

This training triggered me because I’ve been sexually assaulted at a previous workplace, harassed when raised the incident and victimised as a result of wanting a grievance hearing. The examples explained and described were spot on and I like the way the training talks about the effects on a victim, which is often missed out in training. I’d recommend some more information on how to support a victim also.
