Dull and obvious
Presenter was a little to smarmy for my liking but I did like the picture on the calendar!

The Harassment Training from iHasco provided valuable insights into recognising, preventing, and addressing harassment in the workplace. The session emphasised the importance of fostering a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment for all employees. The training reinforced the importance of vigilance in maintaining a respectful workplace. It highlighted the role of leadership in setting clear expectations and the responsibility of every employee in upholding ethical standards. Moving forward, I will be more conscious of my interactions, support colleagues in creating a positive environment, and ensure that I speak up if I witness inappropriate behaviour. This training was a crucial reminder that harassment prevention is not just about compliance—it’s about fostering a culture of respect, empathy, and accountability.

Very clear message to identify,tackle and prevent sexual harassement
This training supports the introduced national guidelines and raises awareness of the key themes of respect, dignity and equityn for all. An excellent course overall.
Clear on concise
Gives a good understanding of sexual harassment and what to do if this is happening to you or you see it happening to someone else.
Relevant and manageable
The course is thought provoking and informative and will be useful for managers at all levels.
Simple, quick training
Succinct, clear and easily understandable. Helped clarify the law. Section on How to Handle an Uncomfortable Situation was very good
