Clear training, easy to understand
This training covers the basics of raising awareness of sexual harassment in a format that is easy to follow. It is helpful for staff to gain tips on how to navigate difficult situations and how to consider whether behaviour is intentional or unintentional.
important course
This is an important course. Someone may not think what they are doing is wrong but if someone else feels upset, threatened or embarrassed by their behaviour it can be sexual harassment.
Course very important but needs bit more interaction instead of just videos.
All companies should have this training but I feel if it had interactive video where we could answer if it was or wasn't harrassment it would be mor impactual when it comes to learning for all.
