Straight forward and well structured
Understanding and highlighting the different scenarios within a workforce which are sadly, pertinent to the issues we face currently. In my opinions, guidance and policies are merely to protect the employers as well as employees.

The training was excellent, the presenter applied real-life experiences to demonstrate the subject. Recap was made available at the end of each session. The presenter's style was engaging, fun, and professional.
Easy to complete and very clear guidance
I found this course very easy to watch and the message was very clear. The test at the end is good to help consolidate knowledge.
