In the Examples you claimed that Sexual harassments can be towards someone who is only an observer, if they are made to feel uncomfortable with the situation. then later in another example, it is not sexual harassment. If sexual harassments is a subjective condition anyone at anytime can be made to feel uncomfortable with peoples actions or comments, ALL examples are cases of sexual harassments.

Clear and concise

Well presented, clear and easy to understand and informative, it identified the areas of concern and what to do in a well set out manner.

Good Refresher and nice examples

The take home was that it is the victim's own feelings that matter so we must be careful. There is a fine line between friendly banter or welcome flirting and unwarranted sexual attention. Anything that makes people uncomfortable or intimidated – even if it is a third party – can be seen as sexual harassment. The best way to manage it is to be honest if you are affected and to be understanding and respectful if someone tells you they are effected by your actions. Everyone wants to feel comfortable and safe at work and it is up to everyone to be proactive in creating a positive working environment.
