Easily understood
Although a lot of it makes very good sense, there are some valuable items that one might not have realised before taking this course. Important information is given about how to deal with harassment in the workplace or with colleagues when interacting outside of the workplace.

Much better way of training as it came across more interactive with scenario clips
I thought the course approach and presentation was excellent. The increase amount of video footage, including the trainers talking worked very well.
