Informative

Very Thorough

In my opinion a course that is very important for all employers and employees.

very helpful

Explained very well to help me understand that its ok to have a laugh if the other person is of the same mindset, always thought everything wasn't acceptable.

A good reminder of what ought to be common sense in the workplace

In many ways it is a shame that this course is even needed! Much of the content is a reminder of what ought to be basic common sense around interactions with colleagues and others in the workplace. But it is helpful to be reminded that words or actions, though innocent or unintentional, could be perceived differently by others. Some of the video clips had an issue around synchronisation of the sound and pictures which was mildly distracting.

Some questions to complex

Didn't like the way if you got a question wrong you had to start again with 10 different questions and they were worded to compex

This courses was informative, explanatory and helpful, to aid understanding.

helpful

It would be helpful to have some more live examples that are not obvious ones.

Not sure this course would actually help anyone on the receiving end of such unwanted behaviour or encourage anyone behaving that way to stop.

A bit condescending to be honest. And it was a little tedious in the introduction to see all the poor behaviour being that of men. After that, some of the examples were welcome. It needs to explain more clearly why it says the 'purpose' of the behaviour is important but the 'intent' isn't. Interesting to learn that early conciliation with ACAS is a pre-condition of making a claim, but the course doesn't explain that there are exceptions.

Clear and easy to follow. Good scenarios.
