Very informative about policies and procedures.
Clear but slow
This covers sexual harassment very clearly but the videos are very slow. It would be better if there was the option to increase the video speed or to use the transcript instead of watching the video.
Good but missed an opportunity to explore 'grey area' of perception of witness.
One of the course aims to explore grey areas: I felt it missed an opportunity to explore, beyond purpose, the nuance of effect and the key 'grey area' of perception of witness. Mutual consent with a witness: Employer witnesses behaviour, Slide 16/29 Emma & Dominic, …Even though her employer "may frown upon this behaviour", this is NOT sexual harassment "because the feelings between Emma and Dominic are mutual". Neither of THEM feel embarrassed…. (why was the employer frowning?) 17/29 Witnessing: If you witness sexual harassment at work, or behaviour of a sexual nature and it makes you feel embarrassed, …, "offended", … it can be treated as a case of sexual harassment even if your colleagues don‚Äôt mean to upset you. Infantilising and sexist
This has to be the most condescending and infantilising video I've ever watched – both as a woman and as an employee. Moreover using women in almost every example as the aggressor is quite sexist.
Clear and unequivocal advice
Very clear examples and a good toolkit to prevent or deal with sexual harassment
