Good understanding of sexual harassment, but limited and exclusionary instructions on how to communicate which do not consider neurodivergent individuals. In worst cases, following the directions here could exacerbate the situation.

I thought the content was well structure and provided all the information needed to help with the awareness of this policy.
The course is well structured and covers all the key elements of the Sexual Harasment training so you can be more aware of how something might be perceived and how to act of you see or witness any of the behaviour. In the initial sections i was concerned that it mainly portrayed men and being the harasser but it then it showed examples of women being the harasser so it did give an balanced view that anybody could be a harasser. Length was about right and it was broken down into smaller chunks to make it easy to consume.
Clear and concise training course.

Very frustrated at the examples used
Given that the first statistic shows that women are more affected by sexual harassment than men, it seemed like quite an odd (and offensive) choice to have nearly all the examples used be ones where the man was the victim of sexual harassment. There was only one where the female was the victim. The rate of male violence against women (and other men) are increasing, and yet this training seemed to be saying that women are as guilty as men…. I felt it was quite a politically charged choice. The entire training was aggravating, as I felt it undermined my experiences, and the experiences that women in the workforce have faced for decades. I also felt it would be more useful to have a section explaining what happens when someone who is your friend and co-worker oversteps a line, as that is an example where people need guidance. It is much harder to report someone who is a good friend when you know that they may face a disc
Very easy to follow
