Not all harassment contains a sexual component

The course blurred the lines and treated many forms of what could be considered harassment in a general sense and appeared to automatically contribute a sexual component to them. Doing so in a real life scenario may cause offense in the opposite party, as being accused of something without merit carries stigma regardless of outcome and therefore categories should be considered carefully. Would recommend reviewing whether harassment is indeed sexual before making such a claim, as it can still be considered as harassment and dealt with in an appropriate manner.

Basic, easy to follow training

Easy to digest and used plain English Good, clear examples used in the videos Trainers communicated clearly

Use more actors

Use more actors rather than moving pictures

Very helpful

Answered lots of questions for me and allowed me more clarity on the subject.

Comprehensive and interesting

I liked most that the slides summarised the videos as I have a strong visual memory and not so strong audio memory.

A ridiculous waste of time

Patronising, boring and most of all long. The information could have been presented on a single sheet of paper which I could have read in a fraction of the time. It was all common sense, and not very applicable to my work anyway.

got me thinking of office bheaviours

Excellent course that laid out the issue succinctly with good links to other resources.
