Useful for clarifying terminology and procedures.
The course was informative, concise and clear. I found it easy to follow and all information was presented in an easy to understand format. The opportunity to revisit a slide was useful if further clarification was needed. Each slide was short and clear. The test at the end served to check understanding too.
