Very clear and illustrative examples

This training was very good in terms of structure and clear delivery. I only had an issue with the comment in section 24/29 that "Your manager should follow a grievance procedure". I don't think that is correct. In my opinion if a Manager and HR are dealing with a complaint this does not need to trigger a grievance. A grievance would come from the victim if their complaint was not dealt with. I also had an issue with section 26/29 about the "legal route". It's good that it stated this should be a last resort but I would have liked a clear reminder to people to say try your manager and/or HR first before considering legal action!!

A thorough and informative course.

I found the course to be informative and illustrative through their examples in all their myriad forms. I would potentially have appreciated some additional in video multiple choice questions to confirm that you are understanding everything as it goes along.
