This common-sense course failed to say anything meaningful or address the most urgent issues. The objective of the course is a box-ticking exercise to get people to waste time at their computer; not to learn anything meaningful that will improve the workplace.
Usefull information for managers and staff.
This course could give someone the confidence to deal with sexual harrasment either directly ,through management or by using ACAS / Legal route.
Clear training, handled with sensitivity.
This course offered good examples of what was and what was not sexual harassment and how to navigate safely. The impact on health and wellbeing and importance of treating people in a dignified manner upon hearing their situation was enforced.
