I learned a lot from this course and feel confident about it
Good short course
Good duration, concise, clear, informative.
Good content but I struggled with the delivery method
I found it difficult to focus on the videos as I don't absorb verbal information well. I know there was a transcript but discovered it as I was near the end of the course. It would have been easier for me if there was a variety of delivery methods. Also, there was only one same-sex scenario and it was not represented visually as all the others were which seemed discriminatory to me
Dull and just reiterating common sense
I’m not sure if these training courses are intended as a formality, but in all honesty, the majority of the content feels like common sense for most people operating at a typical corporate level. For 99% of users, there’s very little here that actually needs to be ‘taught’. Would it be possible to reverse the format – i.e. allow users to take the test at the start, and if they don’t meet the required standard, they can then be directed to complete the training videos? That way, those who genuinely need the support receive it, while others aren’t spending time revisiting material they already understand.
Great message. I feel the questions at the end could have been more difficult.
I like the repetition of the message, that if it makes you uncomfortable, then it needs addressing. I felt the questions were a bit patronising at the end…they should have had answers that were not so obvious – getting things wrong makes the person think and, hopefully, remember. So whilst questions are a good tools, they were not used to full effect here

I found the material to be incredibly interesting, as it provides a wealth of information about a topic that many people often feel uncomfortable discussing. This course has effectively shed light on the subject, helping to demystify it and foster open conversations. I truly appreciate that training is available, as it not only enhances understanding but also encourages a more informed and supportive approach to the topic.s.
