Felt over long in some places
Very long session for elearning especially for non neurotypical learners, also lots of examples not relevant for people like myself on home based contracts so not sure employer has picked best options.
Really informative
I thought I knew pretty much everything about food hygiene, but this course taught me lots more and I've taken away some really useful points that I'll certainly be using.

Easy to follow, clear plain English
This was a clear comprehensive course. The language & terminology used was well-chosen to be suitable for a wide range of audiences across those without any or limited knowledge to colleagues whose work meant they were more immersed in this area. A complete list at the end of the transcript of the additional resources could be useful to revisit for more information if wanted once the training has been completed.

Very educated and easy to understand.
Clear and easy to follow
All of the information was delivered clearly, i liked the fact that the videos were short and to the point without missing any relevant information. The examples used to illustrate various concepts and ideas were easy to understand and the ability to access further information helped me to retain the material.
It was okay but took a lot of time
It was okay the training but took a lot of time and it was a boring subject matter so I suppose that made it worse. It did cover everything in depth though.
