Would loved to have known exactly how the bloke missing his sandwich (having had it stolen) managed to resolve the conflict – without actually escalating it further!

Never too old to learn …..

Driving has changed, vehicles have changed and so to the driving rules. The course gives this information and reaffirms all that we learned all those years ago. Its concise straight to the point learning.

Inconsiderate of neurodiversity

I understand that for some, these simple steps can be useful. However, I use many of the methods discussed and I still struggle with time management. I believe I have ADHD and I found the training patronising as it told me what to do that I'm already doing. The training didn't consider how neurodiversity may impact time management skills, or how different abilities might impact how someone is able to carry out tasks. I didn't think it was very inclusive. I think there also needs to be a section that explains how people with neurodiversity, where we can find specific support for our needs, and to explain how people can work with neurodiverse colleagues.
