Improved on previous version

there should be more stop and think moments throughout and the test could be a bit more challenging to ensure good understanding.

Informative and helpful

Good use of humor. Why you lost 1 star. I feel I should point out that climbing a ladder should be done by holding the rungs, never the sides as shown in you presentation. The reason is that if you slip while climbing a ladder you can hold on to the rung using your hands. If you hold the sides you cannot hold your weight to stop yourself from falling.

Always be aware of potential dangers of trips, slips and spills in the workplace.

I found the training very informative, which made me more aware for the future whilst working in my role as a cleaner
