Very useful
I already use some of the time management methods eg prioritising important and not so important tasks by numbering them in order of importance. I also allocate time in the mornings to go through emails then check them throughout the day but only after I've finished a task. Any time consuming tasks I ask permission from my manager to allocate time to complete them. It's not possible for me to put calls on hold as I'm the only person on my team who has to answer them there and then as part of my job role so these interruptions are unavoidable, although if I'm desperate I have been able to ask my colleagues to help me so I can get something important done. I found the course very useful and also fun.
Excellent opportunity to re-focus
This course was fab ! Simple, effective hints and tips. We all know what we should be doing but this really simplifies the concept and makes time management possible.
