Very good training course
You covered an important topic related to the business world, as well as people's personal activities. It was well paced; the presentation material was very clear and the presenters spoke at a nice relaxing rate. Stopping after each slide was good since it gave me time to review any notes that I took, and I could begin go to the next slide when I was ready. I would certainly be willing to take more of your classes in the future.
Informative but more geared to managers
Training informative but more relative to managers. Often lower level staff do not have the means to find quiet spaces to avoid daily interruptions.
Efficient Training
Training was efficient and got to the point.

Enjoyable.
The course was enjoyable and well explained. 4 stars were given instead of 5 because some elements were a bit basic and didn't teach me anything new- however, I don't think it needs to be altered. Thank you for the training.

Lots of this not relevant for teachers who are teaching all day so can not manage their tasks at different times of the day

good course
I have done a course on Procrastination no long ago, done by a Cambridge Professor which do not agrees with the assumption that the Multi tasking is a myth; in the example of this video is doing 2 tasks which use the same part of the brain and this cannot be done, but if you do tasks which use different parts of the brain you can actually do it and save you time, for example you can drive and speak on the phone, or type on the computer and listen to music
