Looks like a full time job working out and logging activities! I think this should be shown to all secondary school age children with regard to homework and revision.
An excellent course
45 minutes well spent. As the course unfolds you can see where your time is going during the day and how you can tackle the "time bandits". Enjoyable and eye opening.
