I really enjoyed this course
We do many of these courses – but this i found completely relevant and many of the issues were scarily mine – i liked the way it was presented and dealt with with techniques to help. Never heard of 'To begin, begin' but so true
Good Skills to Learn
Good skills to learn. Not only for work, but for how to set and manage short and long term goals in life to ensure they are achieved. Also good methods on eliminating time bandits which occur in everyday life.
