Simple and easy to understand
It contains a lot information that could help on the daily basis or if someone requires knowledge regarding to it.
Quite boring.
Lost interest fast. Nothing gripped me especially when being told how to write a to do list. Although I did find the activity log an interesting idea.

Interesting to learn thematbthere are many of distractions and without knowing its easier to put things off. Going to be great to set myselt small and achievable targets :)
