Was ok
I felt it laboured a few points. Not a bad course but not the best I've been on. I think it strayed too far into other areas at one point, e.g. creating an inclusive diverse team is something that might be hindered by unconscious bias, but the course tended to then discuss the advantages of such teams (which is or should be the subject of a different course) more than how to deal with unconscious bias when setting up a team.

Very clear, concise and good course.
This course gave a good understanding of the different forms of bias and was easy to understand and the examples shown assisted in analysing my thoughts towards the differences in people. Would recommend this course to everyone.

Great for all staff/managers
Excellent training course, clear, engaging and valid for todays workplace. I would encourage all to undertake – fairness and kindness whilst encouraging all to get the best out of people and indeed challenge your own thinking/situations.

Good online course, too many sessions
I found this a very good, concise, course and a useful reminder for those of us who have done similar training. The number of ´episodes’’(40) is excessive however, and rather annoying. The overall length is fine however.
