This is a great video and I have learnt a lot and it has really open my understanding to issues that I don't think require of me to train. I request this training for everyone so that we can get read of issues that distract all of us managers and workers in making objective decisions

Good course, good information, content was easy to understand

The course title promotes an immediate bias in itself, so I was pleasantly able to challenge any subconscious – preconceived ideas I may have held during the course content. This was an interesting exploration into the conscious and sub-conscious and held beliefs that we are conditioned to from our informative years as a child and into adult hood.
