One of the best training courses
This was a very interesting training course for me and very relevant for the society we live in today. To be honest, I don't think Bias will ever be eradicated because of human nature but I have learned a lot from this course very informative & true.
I enjoyed thinking about this process.
It is great to be remined of the unconscious bias we are all 'at times' guilty of.
Useful overview

This is a highly informative training
I started this training with a background knowledge in bias, stereotype, diversity and inclusion. However, l found out that my knowledge is a bit rusted and dated. I have since come to learn about different types of biases and other concepts such as 'halo effect' which have increased my knowledge and awareness of my own unconscious biases. Without a doubt, this new skills and knowledge will continually be applied in the course of my duties. I am now conscious of the fact that diversity and inclusion are indeed competitive advantage for any organisation.
