Found this course quite difficult in places
Interesting and informative
The presenter was clear and professional. It certainly made me question my own unconscious bias and I will take away from this course the need to question myself in all areas of management in the future both in relation to my colleagues and customers and how I react to them.
Interesting content with mixed aids.
An interesting training to explain how the unconscious bias is formed, the types of stereotypes and how to minimize bias decisions at work place.

Really good session
I really enjoyed the content of this session with the bite-sized video segments and the interim multiple choice questions. I absorbed more of the information because of the way it was structured and was interactive. I also think the topic was very important and relevant to my role. I have a number of key take aways from the session that will help support me going forward.
A little boring
I struggled to stay awake and focused towards the end of the course. It was a little dry and slow. Their was a lot of repeating which didn't help. Content was good and useful though and the presenter was clear and easy to understand.
