easy to understand and informative.
Having started this coarse with a view that I was not overly bias, after a few questions I found that there was room for thought and to question some of my methods.I found that it was informative and not judgmental and I hope in the future will make me think a little before forming a view or making a decision.
Excellent course
Learnt a lot from this short course.

Very comprehensive, focused, challenging
Everyone has unconscious biases but I never realised there were so many different ways unconscious bias manifests itself. There were too many for me to fully comprehend in one sitting. I would like my own copy of the training program so that periodically I can refresh my understanding of its key messages. It is not a course you take once, tick the box and consign to history as course completed. Next time I do it I will take it more slowly, pause on the sections that have challenged me before moving on to the next section. If you do take the training only once it is 45 minutes very well spent. You will be a better colleague or manager at the end of it.
It's ok, somewhat thought provoking
The course was ok, but not wholly unfamiliar. I thought the questions were a little tough – they picked up on very specific minor details very often. I didn't understand the Horns things at the time if kept appearing (and missed the Halo thing), so got that question wrong. In the 20 final questions, I also got one wrong too, asking if it was strengthening or weakening a negative bias or something, and I simply did not understand the question – I kept re-reading it, then just gave up and chose one answer somewhat randomly (which was wrong). Thus I don't think it was always testing my knowledge or awareness, but trying to catch me out..
a bit repetitive

Repeated much of the employee version
This should have been combined with the employee version as the first 30 mins was exactly the same.
ACT A life Plan
Unconscious Bias Training by iHasco is a road map of what to strive toward, a formal way to make you acknowledge and challenge your mind set. It helps point out common issues we brush aside as Ok or acceptable when in fact they all build up towards a Bias. I am very fortunate as Liberty. is a wonderfully diverse business and it is training like this that makes me more aware how fortunate I am to be a part of the team. Peter Redding
It was a very good course
It was very informative to learn about bias, how we become biased, and how to deal with our past summed up as 'ACT'. It was enlightening to learn how our subconscious can cause bias if we are not self aware and do not question our actions. The list of bias and the explanation is a very good check list for making decisions of any kind.
Excellent.
This was a very helpful course and achieved its aim of challenging my unconscious bias. It was clear and very helpful.
