Very good training.
This training is very good and very relevant to HTT. I would advise we add more real life examples which will help managers understand more of unconscious biasing practice the daily doing. The culture diversity is key to this business as it widen the knowledge gap and challenging our norms. I real enjoy all the slides and well-done to all involved in preparing this training.
Very informative and made me think!
The course content was excellent and really made me think, how I deal or think about different people and situations.
Very useful in our daily life
The training helped to open up my mind to start thinking objectively and always avoid jumping to conclusions or making assumptions. It is very useful not only to the office environment but also in our day to day life in the society we live in.
Very informative and enlightening
I found a few of the test questions confusing and misleading but the overall course was very good, informative and engaging
Basic.
Doesn't make you think enough or challenge you enough. Suspect it will be least effective for those who most need it. The test asks a number of questions about definitions and what A, C and T stand for – but this knowledge isn't what stops people being affected by their biases.
Quite lengthy
This was good training exercise however quite lengthy given the subject would be difficult to pick up and drop and then come back to it. Additional documentation was handy to have on this course though.
Powerful course presentation
Course was extremely informative, utilized practical examples, well structured, well presented. The course is applicable for my current responsibilities and will assist me in approaching people/problems with an awareness to bias. Thankyou
Concise and easy to follow

Good basic introduction
It was made more difficult to concentrate on what the presenter was saying due to poor lip synching. This was a pity as it forms a good overview for people new to the Equality and Diversity arena.
