Very clear and good challenge of my understanding of unconscious bias with virtual images that brought to life

Very clear and good challenge of my understanding of unconscious bias with virtual images that brought to life

Clarity & understanding

Clearly presented, making you think about self awareness and reflect more honestly about your actions and beliefs

It was a very interesting expreiance

The course was very interesting and I learned a lot about the bad habits I have picked up in my 81 years of living. Needless to say, I had no idea what these bad habits were and my problem now is to put them behind me and think anew. Not so easy I think, but try I will.

Useful course.

I found it thought provoking and interesting to think that our brains make decisions without us even realising it. It will make me stop and think about my own reactions. One thing though – the course referred at one point to their being 2 genders! This in itself could now be considered unconscious bias because there are some people who identify as non-binary – this wasn't included in the course, but it something we all have to be aware of.

Challenging and insightful!

Really good course for challenging yourself to think about and learn from unconscious bias

Worthwhile training.

Easy to follow, well-resented, and informative. Worth the time and effort to undertake the training.

Comprehensive and engaging

comprehensive, non patronising, jut the right length covers all the key areas and allows you to link to extra reading and support

Very good course

So very easy to understand.

Obvious

Evolution has made us this way, to keep us safe from the sometime cruelness of life, Lots of the content is obvious, Impossible and really not wise to switch off this basic instinct to keep us safe, maybe we should conduct all future job interviews blind of a persons human form or voice and be kept purely in the written format to avoid all unconscious bias.
