Easy to understand
There was lots of information but it was broken down in easy to understand sections and was on a level that wouldn't confuse. There wasn't too much information either which can be hard to follow after a while.
Really useful update
Well delivered. Good examples.

Very interesting.
Very good and lots of the information to process.
Videos to long b4 doing test
I think there is to many videos before doing test and maybe would be better doing half then test another half then test
Unconscious Bias – informative
A very educational and insightful piece of training to make you aware of the different types of biases we may have in the workplace or even in everyday life.
Clear and had good examples to relate to and reflect on

Good but a couple of Flaws
This was a useful course but in my opinion had a cvouiple of flaws in two of the slides. On slide 12 it mentions the word 'Race' as if this is a scientific issue which is not true. It is included within the Equality Act 2010 as a descriptor but in scientific tersm is actually meaningless as we are all one 'Human Race'. On slide 17 is it suggested that we look Truth as if this is a simple or singular thing. The reality is that we all have multipe Trusts and therefore facts are always based upon what we know so our view of a 'fact' may be very different from what another person views as a fact. Remember it was scientific 'truth' in the western world and existing European Scientific knowledge of the time that the world was flat several hundred years ago!
I rated this topic to be upstanding
