A great accessible course
It is so good to be reminded about the unconscious biases we all carry. A timely reminder and the content was well delivered. Thank you!
Easy to follow
The site was easy to navigate through with plenty of opportunity to go back over any slides. The content was straightforward and thought provoking.
Quick and easy
o found it interesting. There were a few things that I recognized in myself and my colleagues.
excellent presentation
After so many many years working with so many many different people in more challenging work situations as my teaching and management career progressed, I found the experience of doing this review quite refreshing. As a very much older person now I began to look back on situations that I had had to face myself .

This should be taught to everyone.
Very informative, bite sized videos with bite sized and accessible information. Provides much food for thought that you can put to use straight away. Encourages you to take notes and reflect on your experiences and includes sections to notice your unconscious biases through visuals and audio clips. I really enjoyed it and learnt a lot.

Very informative and interesting
Good to be reminded of these natural tendencies of biases we are aware and not aware of. Clear and concise training, easy to follow.
Good to reflect on our biases
Useful in raising awareness and providing a language framework with which to discuss and explore unconscious bias. To improve the course's effectiveness, it would be beneficial to fully incorporate the trainee's note making and setting of personal challenges into the sequence of training, so the trainee is required to think and jot down their thoughts before they are able to move onto the next part of the training sequence. In my view, the thinking/reflecting aspect needed more emphasis, where presently it can easily be glossed over. The trainee's notes could then be printed out/saved upon completion of the course.
