I found the training patronising.

The was just common sense.

Clear and to the point

Great content and well paced.

Great content but could do with including some coverage regarding disability (visible and hidden). Also found some of the test questions were worded strangely.

Useful and very well-conveyed

Thought the training raised many important issues; and it is incumbent on me as a participant to take these on board and do the next level of thinking and action. Of course, it can't fit all workplaces and so it ends up not necessarily relevant (and so at risk of being dismissed as 'I know that…' Hence more work needed to particularise from the general. I expected – and probably needed – to be challenged more and maybe given a few more situations where my unconscious biases became apparent. Excellent presenter. Good tech too.

A good overview of the main issues

An accessible, easy to understand introduction to the main issues of unconscious bias. I liked the activities, particularly the voice-over one and the team meeting. I think a few more activities like this would have been useful for us to challenge our own bias. Thank you.

To the point. No nonsense. Key points.

As with the other exercises well explained complemented by the graphics/drama. Easy to understand. Thank You

Another excellent course

This course will add more skills to your brain training experiences. Very positive!

Excellent presentation

Very important knowledge

Eye opener

It's terrifying to know how our unconscious mind plays havoc with our interactions with other and our decision making. But it's also comforting to know that so many people are researching these hard to analyse ideas and making it possible for everyone to be aware of one's biases and take control of the situation.
